Shipping in Israel

  • Delivery by registered mail provided by Israel Postal Service – up to 14 working days. The shipping rate is:
    – 15 NIS (VAT included) (6$) – for orders under 450 NIS
    – for orders over 450 NIS – free shipping
  • Delivery by Pick Up points or lockers (BoxIt) – 3-10 working days. The shipping rate is:
    – 15 NIS (VAT included) (6$) – for orders under 450 NIS
    – for orders over 450 NIS – free shipping
  • Door to door delivery – within 2-6 business days (Can take up to 12 days for some points). The shipping rate is:
    35 NIS (VAT included) (12$) – for orders under 450 NIS
    25 NIS (VAT included). (8$) – for orders over 450 NIS

Delivery by registered airmail – provided by Israel Postal Service. The shipping rate is 35 NIS. (12$)

Express shipping rate is 130 NIS. (26$)

Our Return Policy

Our goal is to make your experience safe, convenient and worry free.

If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us immediately upon the item’s arrival and not later than 14 days from receipt of your order. Please specify the reason you wish to return it.

Please do not return anything before receiving TopaTop’s authorization to do so.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Otherwise a 50 NIS fee will be withdrawn. Also, there is a 25 NIS return fee for orders paid with a credit card. 

All return shipping costs and any custom fees applied on return to originator are at the customer’s expense.

While returning, the indicated parcel content’s value should not exceed 70$.

TopaTop is not responsible for the items lost while shipping for return and will not refund them. 

Please note that custom made items and items from sale are non-refundable.

Once we get the item, we will inspect it and refund the customer. Customs taxes are non-refundable.

 

Payment Methods

  • For your convenience and safety, we suggest payment methods that are easy to use, and offer strong protection for our clients.
  • For Israeli customers we receive bank, Bit, PayBox and Pepper transfers, PayPal payments, Credit Card, checks, or cash.
  • For Russia residents: Payment to Sberbank or Alfa Bank card
  • For other international customers we receive PayPal payments only.
 

Customs Duties/Fees

Receipt of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country as well as additional charges for customs clearance. These charges are unpredictable and vary widely from country to country, so it is best to contact your local customs office directly for more information. TopaTop is not responsible for this information or any destination charges. Please note that customs clearance procedures at destination may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
