Bengkung- Traditional postpartum wrap

Bengkung is a traditional postpartum belly binding method originating from Southeast Asia. The wrap is made from a long cotton strip, 12 meters in length and 22 cm wide, tied manually to create personalized, even support along the entire torso.

Using a Bengkung wrap helps gently bring the abdominal muscles together after birth, reduce strain on the lower back, stabilize the pelvis, and improve posture. Its snug yet comfortable binding provides a feeling of support and containment, contributes to a smoother recovery, and enhances body confidence during the postpartum period.
