Rebozo or Belly Binding Wrap – Which One Should You Choose?

Both products are designed to provide support, but they serve different purposes.

A rebozo is a relatively short and wide cloth, mainly used by doulas and birth professionals during pregnancy and labor for pain relief, massage, optimal baby positioning, and other supportive techniques.

A belly binding wrap is longer and narrower, specifically designed to support the belly during pregnancy and postpartum. It allows for single or multiple-layer wrapping, providing effective support and helping relieve pressure and discomfort, especially in the later stages of pregnancy.

Rebozo
Ideal for doulas, childbirth educators, and birth professionals. It can also be used for shoulder carrying (similar to a ring sling) and, in some cases, for basic belly support.
Belly Binding Wrap
Designed for everyday belly support during pregnancy and postpartum. Its length allows for secure, comfortable wrapping with one or multiple layers.
Postpartum Use
For postpartum practices such as bone closing, a narrower wrap is generally the preferred choice.

How to choose?

If you are a doula or work in the birth field, choose a Rebozo.

If your goal is comfortable belly support for pregnancy or postpartum, choose a Belly Binding Wrap.

Always select the correct size according to the size chart for comfortable wrapping and optimal support.
